The purpose is to equip and encourage 10X participants and young adults to transform their world.

The three-year program consists of courses held once per quarter (spring, summer, fall, winter) on the first Saturday of each quarter from 10AM to 4PM

The Five Disciplines:

1. Spiritual Transformation
2. Financial Freedom
3. Leadership Empowerment
4. Relationships Reality
5. Fitness Development

Each of the five areas will be covered in every quarter (Online Only)
In order to graduate each participant must participate in three of the six 10X crews.

Bible Crew (BC)

The Bible Crew will be the foundation of all of the crews. Everyone will start in the Bible Crew and branch out to the other crews based upon their interests. The goal of the Bible Crew is to provide a vehicle for hiding the word of God in the participant’s heart. It will also allow the youth to come together and fellowship with one another.

Your word have I hidden in mine heart, that I might not sin against You.  Psalms 119:11

Objectives:

• Equip 10X participants with a firm foundation of Biblical principles using Bible studies, scripture memorization and application.
• Time will be instrumental in showing 10X participants how to fellowship with one another.
• Encourage 10X participants to develop their relationship with God and become a fully functioning follower of Christ.

Club Entrepreneur (CE)

Club Entrepreneur provides an opportunity for 10X participants to put their ideas and inventions into practice. Members of this crew will learn the importance of combining their knowledge and ideas with development and marketing to become young, successful businessmen and women.

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God.  Colossians 1:9-10

Objectives

• Building from within – teaching 10X participants the value of creativity
• Learning how to develop ideas into products or services (product development cycle)
• Business Management
• Ethics Management - practice business procedures with Biblical principles as a foundation
• Marketing
• Investments

Digi Crew (DC)

The Digi Crew will explore past and future computer technologies. It will provide keys to prepare 10X participants to excel in a technological, information driven world. The Digi Crew is not only a place to learn about technologies, but a place to position 10X participants to influence where information technology will go in their generation as well as future generations.

God gave these four young men an unusual aptitude for learning the literature and science of the time.  Daniel 1:17

Objectives

• To foster the acquisition of knowledge about the impact that technology has on society and the reciprocal impact that society has upon the development and use of technology
• To allow 10X participants to learn and apply the skill of videography and social media
• To encourage the development and use of computer-related skills
• To take advantage of the ‘visual’ culture which we live in and provide a Christ-centered alternative
• Learn how to identify and counter the world’s usage of video for the purpose of putting forth a lifestyle that is godless

Virgin Crew (VC)

The Virgin Crew takes seriously God’s purpose of sex being only in the commitment of marriage. This crew promotes a Christ-centered, healthy and holy lifestyle. The Virgin Crew will learn more about themselves physically, spiritually and emotionally and commit to the pledge of abstinence until marriage. 

And so, dear brothers, I plead with you to give your bodies to God. Let them be a living sacrifice, holy—the kind he can accept. When you think of what he has done for you, is this too much to ask?    Romans 12:1 The Living Bible (TLB)

Objectives

• Equip 10X participants with Biblical principles to assist them in making choices that will promote a Christ-centered, healthy, sexual lifestyle
• Develop a Speakers’ Bureau – spreading the word through various forms of media/forums to other 10X participants that sexual purity is “IN”
• Promote the ‘Purity Pledge’ of remaining celibate until marriage
• Teach 10X participants to rely upon the Word and strength from God using scriptures from the Bible for all aspects of their life (temptations, peer pressure, etc.)
• Explore the roles of abstinence in the lives of teens in the Bible

Debate Crew (DC)

The Debate Crew is organized for the purpose of improving the participant’s ability to research and organize information, think critically, and speak in public about their faith. Debate Crew members will learn the basics of argumentation and debate through schedules crew practices and tournament competition at the 10X Summer Conference. 
 

Objectives

• Equip 10X participants to debate the Bible truth against any other eroded belief system
• Develop a system to study, research the Bible and write an argument to present the case of Christ to others
• Teach 10X participants to rely upon the Word and strength from God using scriptures from the Bible for all aspects of their life (temptations, peer pressure, etc.)
• Prepare the 10X participant to defend their belief system in all areas of life

Exercise Crew

The Exercise Crew will be one of the most important crews because we all need good health to go after our dreams. The goal of the Exercise Crew is to provide a program and system to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  It will also allow the youth to come together and workout with one another.

Objectives

• Create a systematic exercise plan to be used outside of the classroom.
• To equip participants with the knowledge of how important it is to keep and make time for exercising

A Night of Destiny

A Night of Destiny is a safe and drug-free alternative for 10X participants as they experience a “red carpet” star walk entrance to a formal affair with inspirational speakers and live concerts by major recording artists. A Night of Destiny explodes annually as part of the 10X Conference with an array of festivities from evening to early morning – making this event a highlight of the year.

Destiny Town Meeting

The Destiny Town Meeting brings together a diverse group of young people ages 18 to 35 to participate in a 1 ½ days of leadership development training including a town hall meeting with the government offices of the city. The Destiny Town Meeting equips and inspires these young people to become the next generation of leaders addressing community, city and country issues.

The 10X Conference is an exciting, empowering, encouraging 7-day event that will bring together 10X participants and young adults for a defining moment in their lives. There will be daily empowering workshops, nightly inspirational sessions, hands on outreaches encounters and experience elegant Night of Destiny.
